Mia Farnham was part of the first Precursor MBA intern cohort in 2021 and later joined the team full-time as a Principal and checkwriter in 2024. Prior to Precursor, Mia was a Principal at SteelSky Ventures, one of the largest women's health funds to date. She also led Growth & Operations at Attn: Grace (a Precursor portfolio company). She began her career at Deloitte in their M&A and Restructuring group focused on Consumer Products and Healthcare transactions across the entire deal lifecycle. Mia holds an MBA from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BS from Cornell University.
